蛋包饭
做法：1，洋葱粒用油炒熟。
2， 加剩米饭[最好是热米饭]。
3， 翻炒均匀后加入番茄酱和盐调味。 最后炒到颜色均匀就好了，放一边备用。
4，鸡蛋2个加少许盐打散。
5，热锅放油，加热后加入打散的鸡蛋，快熟搅拌，鸡蛋没完全凝固的时候关火。
6，加入炒好的米饭。震动超过的把柄，使鸡蛋包上米饭。
7， 最后装盘。
8， 用番茄酱装饰一下，配上蔬菜和水果，开吃。
