凉拌芹叶
材料
芹菜叶1大把,胡萝卜1根,苏子叶6片,蒜2瓣,香葱1根,橄榄油,盐,香油,酱油,醋,辣椒油
做法
1.将芹菜叶洗净用盐水泡10分钟,再次冲洗干净装入盘中备用,苏子叶洗净在中间横切一刀
2.苏子叶在中间切一刀放入盆中,葱切丝一同放入盆中
3.胡萝卜洗净切丝,锅中放入少许橄榄油,油温5成热倒入胡萝卜丝炒两分钟,直到胡萝卜丝略微发软盛出。倒入芹叶盆中。蒜切末一同倒入,放入醋,盐,酱油,香油,辣椒油一同搅拌即可
